We provide a Free trial for 14 days hence For Services/Products We do-not have any cancellation policy. Hence kindly test our services well before opting.
Refund Policy :
All payments to Fusion Technologies are Non-refundable for delays/non-delivery of services due to issues at the telecom operator’s/ License Provider’s end. Before starting any relationship with us we advise you to test our services. We do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has been done. In case, FTS agreed to refund the money it will take 45 to 90 days but not more than that from the date of request received by FTS through E-mail ( [email protected]) or by regular post. All charges like monthly fee (pro-rata basis) 30% processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Terms and Conditions :
1. FTS also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.
2. Changes to the Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy (TOS / AUP) / Privacy Policy FTS reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
