This Privacy Policy explains how Fusion Technologies collects, uses, stores, and protects information when employees use the Jet HRM Attendance mobile application.
Jet HRM Attendance is an internal employee attendance and HR self-service application. The app is used by authorized employees to access attendance, punch in / punch out, leave requests, HR policies, and employee-related documents.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following information through the app and connected Jet HRM system:
Employee Account Information
– Name
– Email address
– Staff ID or employee profile details
– Login/session information
Attendance Information
– Punch in and punch out date/time
– Attendance status
– Late/early/working hour details
– Leave and attendance records
Location Information
– Latitude and longitude during manual Punch In / Punch Out
– Location accuracy
– Office verification status
Device and Network Information
– Device type
– Browser or app information
– Operating system information
– IP address
– App version
– Device identifier generated by the app, where applicable
HR and Leave Information
– Leave requests
– Leave approval/rejection status
– Sick leave proof or medical documents, if uploaded by the employee
– Employee documents uploaded through the HR system
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
– To allow employees to access the Jet HRM attendance and HR dashboard
– To record manual Punch In and Punch Out activity
– To verify attendance punch location
– To manage leave requests and approvals
– To maintain attendance, leave, and HR records
– To improve internal HR operations
– To detect attendance discrepancies or records requiring HR review
– To provide support and troubleshoot app-related issues
3. Location Permission
The Jet HRM Attendance app may request location permission.
Location is used only during manual Punch In / Punch Out to verify attendance location. The app does not track location continuously and does not collect background location.
Employees must manually click Punch In or Punch Out. The app does not automatically punch in or punch out on behalf of the employee.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell employee data.
Data may be shared only in the following limited cases:
– With authorized HR/Admin users within the organization
– With service providers used for hosting, email, security, backup, or application infrastructure
– When required for legal, regulatory, audit, payroll, or compliance purposes
– When necessary to protect company systems, employee records, or security
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect employee data. Data is transmitted through secure connections where applicable and access is restricted to authorized users based on roles and permissions.
Employees are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and should not share their account access with others.
6. Data Retention
Attendance, leave, and HR records may be retained for business, payroll, audit, legal, and compliance purposes.
Uploaded documents and employee records may be retained as long as required by company policy or applicable legal requirements.
If an employee leaves the organization, certain records may still be retained where required for payroll, audit, compliance, dispute resolution, or statutory purposes.
7. Data Deletion and Correction
Employees may contact HR/Admin to request correction, update, or deletion of eligible personal information.
Some records, such as attendance, leave, payroll, audit, or compliance-related data, may not be deleted immediately if retention is required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
8. Account Access
Jet HRM Attendance is not a public sign-up application. User accounts are created and managed by the organization. Only authorized employees can access the app using assigned CRM/Jet HRM login credentials.
9. Children’s Privacy
The app is intended for employee and business use only. It is not intended for children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Fusion Technologies may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the official privacy policy page with an updated effective date.
