Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile apps (Android/iOS) using Flutter.
• Build a responsive web application/portal integrated with the same backend.
• Develop an Admin Panel/Dashboard for user management, content moderation, subscriptions, and analytics.
• Integrate payment gateways, authentication, and third-party APIs.
• Implement push notifications, SMS/WhatsApp API and alerts.
• Ensure app security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Work on testing, debugging, and deployment to app stores and web hosting.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers for clean and modern interfaces.
• Prepare API documentation, handover guides, and basic training for the admin team.

Key Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Firebase/AWS/Node.js backend.
• Experience with responsive web development (Flutter Web / React / Angular / Next.js).
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• Strong understanding of authentication, encryption, and security best practices.
• Experience building Admin Panels and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Prior experience in media, content, or news-based apps.
• Knowledge of image/video upload, live streaming, and media handling.
• Experience with analytics dashboards, reward/gamification systems.
• Exposure to DevOps, Docker, AWS cloud, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in mobile + web app development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
