Important Update of Support and Service due to COVID-19

Dear Customer,

The Health and Safety of our clients and employees are our highest priority. With respect to recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety our staffs.  All of our employees have been asked to work from home to ensure social distancing to help prevent the spread of the virus. While we are all remote, we are fully prepared with Business Continuity processes to ensure that we provide the same level of service and accessibility to our Software & Services. ( Including  C2SMS, SimplHRM, Cloudlogix, GST Billing & All products & services )

Majority of our Support Personnel will be focusing on providing Support via tickets and chat. We advise you to use ticket and chat support and we are also available on call support in case of citical or emrgency. We expect your cooperation and understanding in this regard.
